has anyone seen this smaller MCU that EVGA has put on my card. picture for reference. top board is a normal chip that can be found and bought but below board is my GPU which has a much smaller chip that I cannot find. looking to see if anyone has seen or knows about this and where I may be able to source that chip for purchase.

It is most likely the exact same part, just a smaller form. The chip is LPC51U68 and they have a 48 and 64 pin version. They won't write the same firmware twice for different chips. Nobody pays for that. They just had to change the footprint on the pcb because of shortages and ran the same firmware
