I have a MSI RTX 4090 Suprim Liquid x24 which is presenting glitches, and drop in fps, furthermore it can no longer generate AI images as reporting low VRAM capacity.

I've ran the OCCT VRAM test to find it has an insane amount of VRAM errors, I've been recommended to replace the VRAM, is this possible for this model and can you do it?

Furthermore I am located in Mexico City and could send in the original package if that works.
