Hi I need advise. I have a monitor and it stopped working. No power LED light but the notebook sensed there is HDMI monitor presence. Took apart and searched, found 2 caps shorted (adjacent to the green 3.5mm jack) but it’s on the audio section. I have yet to pull it out to identify if the cap is causing no power. My question is, does these shorted caps on the audio section can cause no power to the monitor?
