I have a macbook that no powering on. The model is A1534 2746-820-00045. On the f4700 fuse near usb-c flat connector I get voltage that change from 0 to 2.3 repetely. How can I test? What can be the problem?

I hate this model. To me, this is a suped up iPad with a keyboard. badcaps.net has schematics for your board. Problem with this model is so many people rip the back off like a normal MacBook, but if you pull this back off more than 1" your going to rip cables. only one USB cable right? make sure that cable is not ripped anywhere and the Mac is not charging. please post what you find for future knowledge.
