I have a question in what to look for to repair this laptop. 

Backstory:

I was reading the bios chip with an SPI programmer with SOC8 and when i unclipped it and later on went to clip it back on to write the unlock bin, there was a short spark and now it does turn on. it gets the charger led light and when i hit the power button white light blinks a few then it turns off.

Things i had done to try to fix it.

1. replaced the bios chip written with the original bin now luck still shows red led light and blinking white light.

I have check mosfet AONX36324 

pin 1-4 has 19v present 

pin 8-4 has nothing 

thats as far as i gone working on it between other things i have going on

can someone point me in the right direction?
