Hello and thanks for accepting me to the form. I have an iPhone XS here that gets hot when turned on; it freezes up and crashes apps. FaceID is no longer working and True tone is gone. It has an original screen and earpiece flex. The earpiece speaker does not work. When I remove the earpiece flex the phone works normally and does not get hot. I've ordered a new earpiece flex and when I install it does the same thing as the original.
