I have a. ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 (GU603Z) with a 3070ti. I pressed the power button and I get power to the LEDs on the keyboard but no fan spin and no power to the CPU or GPU that I can tell.  I get no display on the screen with an internal or external display. I have tested the voltage on several rails I have 8 volts on the indicator by the power supply. I have checked several of the other inductors and got mostly normal voltages but if specifics are needed I can provide them. I have no voltage that I can tell on any of the pins on the BIOS chip. I have removed the heat sink and checked the CPU for liquid metal leakage there was none I have also checked the GPU and thermal paste looks fine I have a bio chip programmer on order will be here tomorrow but I'm really looking for directions on where to go.  There are no flashing indicator lights and with the battery plugged in if i force shutdown with the power button 1 second after power off it turns back on.
