Hi, I have 2 GA503Q laptops with similar issue.
On one keyboard isn't working at all and on another unit keyboard backlight continuously flashing.
Both issues are on the boards, verified with good working keyboard.
What can it be ?

I have the same problem with a GU502LV I have tried everything!
It seams that is totally a random thing also.
