I am working on a Toshiba Excite 7 - AT7. The Transistor in question had a short and was heating up.
The Markings are 27D28.
I havent found a datasheet for it on the web. i have attached a photo. I dunno if its a regulator or the charging ic.
I would also ask if there is an alternative for it?
p.s. its the 6 pin marked Q13
