It is SY8286RAC [BAA***]. There are ARAC, BRAC, and CRAC versions whose first letters are a part of the revision identifier (SY8286A, SY8286B, etc.) but this one ends with RAC only (8286). I don't know if that's important.

looks like a custom chip. probably has firmware on it.

I also need one. I was looking everywhere and couldn't find. Can anyone help to locate where this chip can be purchased?
