Heavy Duty Universal Chip Holder / Grabber Jig Fixture by TUOLI TL-15A.
The tool is used to grab IC’s that are as small as 1mm up to 22mm. Super fine non slip blades. Very useful when you need to hold a chip in place for Underfill Glue removal and solder cleaning.
