Pack & Ship Your Device

You’ll receive an email with your repair ticket PDF. Print it, include it in the package with your device, and ship everything to the address provided.

STEP 3
We Repair & Return Your Device

Our technicians diagnose and repair your device. You pay once the repair is successfully completed, and we’ll ship your device back after payment.

Please Note: Our current estimated turnaround times are 4-8 weeks for Standard Service and 1–9 days for Expedited Services. We recommend requesting a repair quote before mailing your device so you can review the estimated repair cost in advance.​
