Have you tried the retiming chip (TDP158RSBT from memory)?

Tested for voltages/shorts around that area?

Have you checked all the inductor/chokes for continuity?

I have tried to boot the console into low resolution mode, but it will not beep a second time indicating that it has been booted into low res mode. Could the OS being bad on the console cause it to not show an image? does anyone have any ideas/suggestions on what to do?
