The CPU is getting hotter after i push the start button , and if i attach the keyboard on it , the light from the keyboard starts. But nothing on display or even on external monitor. I saw on charger , that when i push the button , it's takes some AMPS.

In red zone that i marked i have short to ground. Can be some part burned , or the CPU ?
