What are the two types of fluxes you use for desoldering and soldering please?

I notice you say you are using leaded solder to clean up the pads, is there a reason for that. Does that mean you are using leaded solder to solder back on components or would you use lead free. If it is lead free is it SAC305 solder?

Thanking you so much for your time to make these videos can never wait to watch another.
