Hello everyone!
I replaced the hdmi IC chip, the hdmi connector, but I still don't have a picture. The console has a white light but no picture.
For some reason my pin 9 is shorted ted to ground.
Everything else looks good, everything is set up well but I still have pin 9 shorted to ground.
The only logical explanation is that the new hdmi chip is not good either.
Does anyone have any ideas perhaps?
The PS4 is a 2016 model and the motherboard is SAC-001
Here's what I did next:
I removedHDMi chpi, and still pin 9 is short to ground...
The diode and capacitor right next to the hdmi connector were missing on the board, so I put them from the donor board, but they are connected to pin 2 and 3, they have nothing to do with pin 9, did I rotate the diode correctly, as far as I have seen in some photos and tutorials, everything is OK.
