When I plug the Switch into a charger, the backlight turns on but nothing else happens. The display shows nothing.

The same thing happens when I turn on the Switch without the charger. The backlight comes on but the display doesn't show anything and there's no sound.
In both cases, the switch can no longer be switched off.

I opened it and through a visual inspection found no defects, no signs of corrosion, any repairs etc.
So far I've only checked the ICs BQ24193 and M92T36 for short circuits, but I couldn't find anything and I suspect that it has nothing to do with this error pattern.

Does anyone have an idea where the problem could be?
