  1. Voltage coming into and out of the charging port.
  2. No voltage at the battery connector, only bat. voltage with bat. plugged in.
  3. I have three shorted caps at max77620h (see attached)

I think I have a bad chip.  Is there another way to verify that I am correct?

Any help would be appreciated.
