I have checked that the power connector to the motherboard is getting 19.4V (same voltage at end of the power cord). I see very low voltage at 2 pins (of the several pins) of the battery connector on the motherboard. However, I do not know what should be voltage at those pins or how to diagnose it further. The laptop is barely 2 years old purchased new from Costco.
