Not an SSD. You can try tapping on it. Sounds like the heads are stuck. Try tapping lightly and increasing the strength. Hopefully it will break the heads loose. If you do get it to read, immediatly get your information that you need off it on to flashdrive or something. You do not want to trust this drive. It is cheap to replace it.
