I have asus rog strix hero 2 model gl504gm, the keyboard and light on on power is not working, am using usb keyboard right now, the first owner told me that he changed keyboard with no luck, i tried update bios firmware ezflash from bios menu, as on asus support o found 2 version 4.13 and 4.14

Both didnt change the situation, i opend laptop and inspect motherboard if some burn mark, all seem oky

It seem that the problem with bios firmware or something like this, even if everything look as new.

Ps: on bios menu, the serial number is empty so there is no serial and that let me guss thats its software issue
