So I decided to open my laptop and replace the liquid metal and thermal pads. So I removed heatsink and cleaned it to apply the new ones.

The first thing I did is disconnect the battery, previously I was using K5 Pro for the thermal pads which made a lot of mess. So I cleaned them all for hours, admittedly I used a sewing needle because that was the only thing tiny enough to clean the pieces of K5 Pro which is stuck in gaps. But the rest I used Qtips and Isopropyl Alcohol 99%. I am confident I made no spill using the liquid metal. I replaced the thermal pad wit arctic tp-3 and liquid metal with thermal grizzly kryonaut.

Ever since that replacement, every time I open a game/Gpu benchmark like 3d mark demo. the laptop shuts down 5 seconds after. Other than that, running cinebench r20, opening chrome watching youtube, discord for hours it never shuts down. And sometimes if it shuts down because of the game, I can't boot into windows again, it always shuts down after the rog logo. I have to manually discharge the laptop first then it will boot again. And after that its the same thing, I can only do chrome and others, but no gaming. BTW temps are all good below 70 Celsius, so application is correct at least.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on here? Did I short something when using the sewing needle maybe? (it was stupid I never thought this can cause shorts bcs I disconnect battery) and How to fix? or is it possible to fix? Because laptop still works besides gpu related stuff it seems..
