Hello!

I have an iPad Air 2 that does not turn on. It's stuck on the black Apple logo screen with the white background and the loading bar.
I've tried restoring the iPad connected to the computer by putting it in recovery mode (DFU mode). The computer recognizes the iPad, it downloads the OS and installs it along with the firmware, but then when the computer says the iPad is going to restart to do the initial setup, the iPad restarts and is back again on the loading screen. And it shows this on the computer:

The iPad “iPad” cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (1145).

Any idea what is going on? Any tips on things I could try? Is this a hardware error?

Thanks!!
