<p>There's continuity from one point to the other, but every attempt to use hot glue, when connecting a cable, ended up in failure. Probably because of the material on top of the connection, I guess. It even breaks the connection from the pad and cable, every single time.</p>
<p>As you can see form the pic the attempt with solder had such (expected) results...</p>

<p>Any idea where I can find that FPC? (<span style="font-size: 8pt">If I can find it...</span>) It's from a JBL Wave 300.</p>
<p>What's that blue glue, on the + side? Some UV glue, perhaps? </p>
