Best to get a donor board or request a warranty repair.

I dont think you will find a replacement for this in the component market. You might need to source it from a donor board.

I need idenfy this Chip., and prehaps where could I buy it.
This board is from topcon RL-3HA laser leveler. This plate particularly is something to do with batteries and charging.

Problem is letters on the chip have faded away, and you can barely see something.

It looks something like :
