@timwebb101 I found it on multiple places actually. At one it looks like a protection for one of the outputs of 3.3V stepdown circuit and in the picture case it looks like it has something to do with miniHDMI (the connector next to it).

@abrsvcs Already tried several of these databases and unfortunately none of them had this part apparently.

Generally speaking I use a search engine to locate parts like this using the search string: SMD CODE PD

Using the above, I get the following link: https://www.hotenda.com/marking-code/search/list/PD.html

Look at that page and determine the part style/size and the part number that corresponds to it. Take that part number and search for the datasheet to confirm.

Oh, dimensions could be useful too 🤣, it's around 1.62mm length and 0.84mm width.

is somebody able to tell what diode is this (see attachment)? I was searching for days, for few moments I almost tought I got it but then get lost again.
